Let me share to you my insights about what happen yesterday at Quirino Grandstand.. I know it's not SS501 related but as I said anything and everything under the sun are welcome here.. Hope you guys don't mind ehehe..
Well, its a sad news to all the Filipinos because of what happen yesterday at Quirino Grandstand.. Innocent people were involved in this nonsense thing.. Many people were hurt because of this and to think of it, of all people why put in a such situation the Hong Kong Nationals who just came here to our beloved country Philippines to visit.. 8 Chinese Nationals were confirmed dead, some of them are dead on arrival at Manila Doctor's Hospital.. Some are survivors, some were injured and are now under the care of the doctor's.. Because of this tragic incident, too many questions that are bothering me now.. First, how come Mendoza, the hostage taker, hop in to the bus and suddenly declared hostage to the passengers? Did he ambush the bus just to do his dirty work? Why did he chose to hostage that bus? Is there any particular reason why? What was he thinking before he did that? during the hostage taking proper? Why did he do that? Why such make a move just to say what you want to say to the government? Is this the only way just to get what you want? Did he do that just to make a history to the Philippines? just to put the Philippines in a dilemma like this? Where are the government officials that should be present during this crisis? Where is the President itself? Is he taking a nap during those times? How come he did nothing about this? How come the policemen acted that way? Are they properly trained on how to handle this situation or any other situation that involves killing other people? Why is that this simple incident turn out to be a tragic and horrible one? Too many questions to be answered but until now there are still hanging.. Now, what is the result of this incident? I read that all the Filipinos are banned to travel at Hong Kong.. Why banned all the Filipinos to travel to Hong Kong? Is it Filipinos fault what's Mendoza fault is? This is not a pack 1 pack all situation.. The other countries also declared tourist caution to the Philippines.. Is this the way we want the Philippines to be recognized all over the world? What should we do as a country to spread the good side of the Philippines in a positive way?
Well, for now we need to pray as one so that the Philippines can stand up again after this incident.. We need to pray for those who lost their lives, to those who are injured, to the ones who survived, to the families and friends of all those people who were involved in this especially to the ones who lost their loved ones.. Pray for our beloved country, to all the government officials and to all the Filipinos.. Let's hope and pray that no incidents like this will happen in the future.. And I hope the tagline of ABS-CBN will help us on how to start a new life after this incident.. "Nasa bagong kabanata na ang Pilipinas, bagong administrasyon.. Panahon na ng Pagbabago kaya simulan na ang pagbabago sa ating mga sarili.. Ano ang sisimulan mo para sa pagbabago?"
