Park JungMin First Step into Going Solo with a Solo Album... Aims to Release by Late Autumn

Park JungMin from group SS501 will start his solo activities with a solo album.

Park JungMin’s agency representative said “We thought a lot on how to go forward making our first step. With the intention of repaying the fans who have waited, we chose music. We are in the midst of collecting songs. We are recording some of it and we are aiming to release it by end of autumn.”

From the initial planning stage, this album was meant to be a fan-service. It is going to be filled with his thankfulness to the love which he received as a member of SS501 throughout these years. This album also signifies his first greeting for a new start. In order to deliver his mind to more fans out there, they are planning to release it at the same time in Japan and China (Taiwan, HongKong).

Park JungMin officially started his activities with the inauguration ceremony of his new agency CNR Media held at GangNam Seoul on 30-Aug. His new agency CNR Media is a joint venture between Taiwan drama production Comic-Ritz and Korea’s Roy Media. This agency will actively supporting Park JungMin in his activities in Asia.

Agency’s representative said “In the future, Park JungMin will have more aggressive activities locally as well as in the Asia region. Park JungMin is very attached to SS501, there are plans for him to have consistent exchange (I think it refers to project albums in this context here) with the other members.

SS501 member, Park Jung Min, has decided to start a new experience by going solo.

With his new company, CNR Media, Park Jung Min decided to begin his solo promotions. CNR Media celebrated a new chapter in Park Jung Min’s career at their office in Taiwan, and CEO Chae Ji Byung, Star TV Group’s Im Won Jin, and Yamaha A&R Representatives were just a few of the names in attendance.

Park Jung Min said that he was, “Very nervous to be standing in front of so many people after releasing the contents of the exclusive contract”. He also stated that he must, “Work harder in order to become a multi-faceted Park Jung Min who can expand horizons and work in various fields.”

Park Jung Min is currently studying Chinese, practicing singing, and working out in order to prepare for solo promotions. He expressed his desire to meet the highest of expectations for his fans, “This year, I want to stand in front of everyone with a good, clean image. I ask for everyone to please continue to look after me and give me love.”

Park Jung Min plans to release his plans for national, as well as international, promotions in the near future.

SS501 member Kim Hyung Jun who recently signed on to his new agency and is in development of his solo activities has revealed that he goes on line to search for himself often, and even click on searches to raise his popularity!

Kim Hyung Jun was here in Singapore last Sunday for his fanmeeting and meet and greet, when he took on the interview at evening time, he was asked if he really does click on searches to increase his popularity.

The lively him responded in English immediately the moment he heard the translation from his translator, "Yes that's true, search me please!". After that, through his translator, he added, "I will go online frequently to search for myself, because I felt, as an artiste, that's a need for that, especially also when I'm about to develop my solo activities soon. I hope that all fans will do that too".

After the translator finished translation for his words, Kim Hyung Jun teasingly commented, "Please do!"...

So what was the most interesting piece of news he's found online so far? "There was once a piece of news mentioning about my dog Choco, talking about how it was originally a small dog and then now turned into a big one, but this is actually just a small matter".

Choco is actually bred by Kim Hyung Jun and his brother --who is Ukiss member Kim Kibum--, both the brothers are developing in showbiz, so does he feel some sniff of rivalry?

After signing on to his new company, Kim Hyung Jun revealed, his first work taken on will be a musical drama at the end of this year, after which he'd like to partake in drama filming.

He was asked if he feel kinda hard to adapt without the accompaniment of his members as this is his first time in Singapore? "Indeed I will miss the other members too, and feel kind of lonely. But what's more important is, if you would come out solo to develop you have to make many decisions, and you have got to be more matured in your thoughts".

Yet he did come clean, too, about possibility of striving further as one goes solo, "In SS501, I will want to try out a particular type of genre, yet it may not be suitable for other members. If alone, I can try out my own likings. Also during photo shoots, I get the entire camera view! Haha! Just joking..!"

Despite the fact that DSP stressed that SS501 will "go solo but not disband", but Kim Hyun Joong, Park Jung Min and Kim Hyung Jun already left one by one, only left with "201" Heo Young Saeng and Kim Kyu Jong, which reality did not tally with their words.

SS501 member Kim Hyung Jun just signed a new contract with new company and advancing on his individual career. He disclosed that he often searchs for his related news on the web, increasing viewing rates, in order to increase his popularity.

Kim Hyung Jun came to Singapore to hold a showcase and "Meet-and-Greet" session with fans yesterday. During the interview in the evening, he was asked if it is true that he will search for his related news online as per mentioned in some reports previously.

Hyper Hyung Jun smiled and spoke in English:"Yes that's true. Search me please!", after he heard the translated questions from his translator.

He continued through his translator:"i often search for my related news online, because i felt that it is required as an artiste, especially at the current state when i am doing individual activities. I hope will my fans will also do the same".

SS501 member Kim Hyung Jun recently signed with new management alone, and came to Singapore alone to meet fans for the first time. He, a 23 years old guy, has a straightforward and casual personality. While being interviewed, he will talks gently and laugh heartily, making lots of funny expressions. He even did 6 different poses for picture taking instantly and showed his English skills generously. During his interaction with fans, he is very generous, hugged them, laughed happily, electrified them with his charms, almost with no limitation and very friendly. However, Hyung Jun stated that when he is at home, he talks less, "but when up on stage, in order to mingle with fans, he will be very hyper and friendly".

He is the youngest in SS501, but is the eldest in his family. Having different status in different environments tend to make him confused. But he stated that currently, he is happy to be the youngest and a chatty KIm Hyung Jun, "because i am more suitable to be like that!".

Kim Hyung Jun debutted as SS501 in year 2005. His 3 years younger brother, Kim Ki Bum, joined U-Kiss 2 years ago, following Hyung Jun's footsteps into the entertainment industry. Hyung Jun event attended U-Kiss's events to support his little brother, showing their close relationship. Kim Hyung Jun is very friendly and nice during the 2 hours event. He even praised that Singapore fans are very enthusiastic. When the host, Ken, asked him if he wanted to unbutton his vest as the weather is too hot, Hyung Jun actually launched a counter attack and wanted Ken to take off his jacket. The scenario is funny.

Apart from personally signed the posters for the first group of fans, Hyung Jun also addressed each poster according to their names. As for the second group of fans, they received a limited edition poster from Hyung Jun personally. Some of them even asked for a hug, a handshake, highfive etc, having closer contact with their idol.
