“To show a more packed** concert compared to SS501 period”
Singer Kim Hyung Jun after going solo from SS501, first time having a tour in major cities in Japan, is experiencing a rush of emotions.
On the 18
th evening at 6pm, via Gimpo Airport to Japan, Kim Hyung Jun who was accompanied by younger brother Kim Ki Bum when departing the country, expressed his excitement as well as his sense of responsibility with regards to his local tour concert day schedule in Japan.
After going solo, he turned to Japanese Avex and after signing a contract with exceptional deals, Kim Hyung Jun, who had also recently released a single album “Long Night” in Japan, will be having a large scale country wide concert tour in big cities such as Tokyo, Osaka, Nagoya as well as to meet his fans at close distance.
When asked about the difference compared to during SS501 period, Kim Hyung Jun replied that “regardless, during SS501 period there were 5 people performing together, so it would be a more relaxing and happy affair while finishing the performance” “On the contrary, now being alone, would want to create a more packed** performance hence the burden and sense of responsibility becomes bigger”.
For the previous Japanese concert received very positive comments, and this time round the concert scale as well as seating capacity are also larger.
Kim Hyung Jun expressed that “in Tokyo as well as in a total of 3 big cities, one day there will be 1-2 shows, and there will be more than 1000 attendees, amounting to a total of 7 performances”, and “for the 2 hour performance, prepared a repertoire of 20 different songs with varied styles, during practices put in a lot of effort.”
After the concert schedule has ended, Kim Hyung Jun will return and from sometime in Autumn, will prepare to participate in local drama series.
“This year September-October will be have about two drama series to film”, he revealed. He also demonstrated his further plans saying,“After my acting stint, next year will focus on producing album”.
Meanwhile, although the day Kim Hyung Jun and Kim Ki Bum departed Korea from Gimpo Airport was a private schedule, there were still many domestic and overseas fans who had gathered to capture the whole route taken by the brothers from checking in to the immigration borders, using their cameras.
